How can I be informed further?

When will I receive the products of my order? From the day you place your order in one - three working days.
Out of stock, when will it be available again?
and at what price?

 You should contact us to let you know when the product will be available again.
The company does not commit that the price of the product will be the same after receiving the products again.

VAT is it included in the prices?

 The prices include the legal VAT. 24%

Are the products at SAKETI ITALY used or new?

 All the products we have posted on saketistore.com.gr are new.

What guarantee do saketistore.com.gr products have?

For products with a warranty, it is indicated on the product page.

How can I track the progress of my order?

First, once you complete your order, you are sent a confirmation email with all of your order details.

As soon as it leaves our premises and is picked up by the transport company, you receive an informative email that your order has been sent and the unique tracking number of the order so that you can follow its progress at any time.

I received something and it doesn't suits for me, can I change it?

The change/return can be made within 15 calendar days after contacting the relevant department at 2814001753 (Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:00) or by email at info@saketistore.com.gr or by filling out a return form that you can find on our site.
